  1. Hello,

We just wanted to thank you for making such wonderful bread and pastries. We tried your Ciabatta last week and fell in love with how wonderful it tasted. We just bought more breads and pastries this morning, and yes they are as wonderful! We really wish we could have your bread more often in Oshkosh area. Thanks again for your professional quality breads.

  2. I bought a pastry at "from the land" that was flour less with chocolate mouse on the top. It was the best. Not sugary sweet. Can you pass on the ingredients and or the name of it? Good job! Do you sell this all the time? Thank you.
