  1. I visited the “From the Land Folk Art Festival where I purchased several loves of Ciabatta with Gorgonzola Butter and a Tomato Focaccia. You must love doing what you do because you certainly do it well!! Everything was wonderful!
Since I am not from your area I will certainly go out of the way to find your products when anywhere near!!….

  2. Hi Brian:

I have been asked to cater food for Portage Center for the Arts, their Sand County Fine Arts Festival on July 7. I am volunteering my time and the profits will go to the organization. They want all of the food to be purchased from Local businesses. We plan to serve Chicken Salad on Croissants and Whole Wheat Bread, as well as, chicken salad on a bed of mixed greens.

Please advise if you could donate or give us a deal on croissants and whole wheat bread. I really appreciate it if you let me know asap. I need to continue planning.
